Our mission is to professionalise the sector by helping organisations to effectively deal with community safety and ASB issues through training, support, guidance and sharing best practice.
Influence
Resolve has considerable influence nationally, sitting on a wide variety of groups, focussing upon developing future policy direction and best practice as well as responding to consultations of note on behalf of the membership.
Developing & highlighting best practice across the sector through collaborative working, improving the way in which our members respond to asb and community safety issues through guidance, consultancy and training.
Resolve offer a range of topical and practical courses for frontline practitioners, from entry-level through to specialist masterclasses. Also, BTEC levels 1 to 5 as well as bespoke in-house programmes.
Our members are able to attend our regional networking seminars, receive regular bulletins and quarterly magazine as well as accessing our members forum and a wealth of additional resources.
I would recommend Resolve’s antisocial behaviour Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) as a fantastic way to have an independent refresh of your ASB service to ensure community safety partnerships are delivering a high standard of victim care.
